Courses will only be activated if a minimum number of enrollments is reached. Upon request, the School can organise Italian language programmes for partner Universities which aim to create a true experience of life in Venice. Before completing the application form, you must first take the placement test in order to check your Italian knowledge. The test can be taken online at any moment and it is necessary to first register at ClaOnline, at the end of which you will receive login details in order to take the test.
The level you are assigned is the level of the class you should igaliano in. Please read the guide below on how to register at ClaOnline and then take the placement test.
Once you have completed the placement test, you can proceed with the course enrolment.
You can finalize your registration for 2b standard Italian courses by January 6th, In order to register for your courses you must first register at Ca’ Foscariwhere you will be asked to fill out your personal information.
At the end of the registration process you will receive a username and a password with which you can sign up to your Italian language course. You do not need to do this step if you are italiajo registered or have ever been a student at Ca’ Foscari. If you have forgotten your username and password you can recover them here [IT].
The enrolment form requires you to upload a photograph in passport form, frontal and clear in. This part of the enrolment prcoedure is in Italian: Once the course you wish to enrol in has been activated you will receive a confirmation email. You should only pay for your course once you have received this email – payment details can be found in the next section. Remember that course are only activated if a minimum number of participants is reached.
Filling out the enrolment form does not lead to automatic enrolment. If you wish to withdraw from the language courses, you are required to notify the School during the first week of classes no later than following the first two lessons. Students who officially withdraw by this date will be eligible for partial reimbursement.
