Hast du sie alle erfolgreich getestet, EmoScreamo? Das will ich auch machen. Wenn’s auch gerade darum geht. Wie soll ich das dem Typen klar machen. Was soll ich sagen.
Traum programmierte Anker Technik? Was tun wenn klar? Wie setzte ich effektiv Anker? Jap, die waybackmachine hilft Zitat: Breaking Down the Wall Most people do not fully appreciate the important role memory plays in lucid dream development. Most people rarely remember their dream experiences after awakening and of those who do, only a tiny fraction can klartfaum the details of their physical experiences once within a dream.
Learning to access your physical memories while within a lucid dream will lead to a transformation of your lucid abilities. Beyond a dramatic increase in dream recall and lucid dream frequency, your increased mental clarity and reasoning abilities will allow for more advanced techniques klzrtraum exercises to be successfully carried out within your dreams.
The following exercise will bring your physical memories into your dreams and in doing so will lead you one step closer to mastering lucid dreaming. You must perform this exercise from within a lucid dream and you should do it as frequently as possible until it is mastered. Note that this particular skill set is developed in the early ranks of the black belt club and becoming proficient is the first step to participating in, and becoming proficient at, some extremely interesting and advanced techniques.
Only one exercise should be performed on any one night of lucid dreaming. Your goal should be to have the exercise continue for the entire length of the dream. In order to be considered successful, the memories must be described using as many adjectives, qualifiers, and emotional words as possible. Try to remember both factual and experienced based memories.
Factual memories are things like names, numbers phone numbers, addresses, etcsizes, colors, etc. Experienced based memories are much more personal and are related to actual events in your life: Try to use experienced based memories as the basis for the exercise but include factual information as you described the events. As you prepare for your lucid dream, choose a reference point as the basis for your memories. The reference point is the keyword that you will carry into the dream that acts as the starting point for the exercise.
Usually this would be a person, place, or thing. For example, I might choose my house as the reference point. Alternate between short term memory and long term memory.
In general, short term memories are harder to recall from within dreams but learning to do so has a profound effect on the frequency that you will experience lucid dreams. Learning to access your long term memories will have a significant impact on the amount of mental clarity and focus you experience once within a dream.
Build on each success. The first time you try this exercise, count how many memories you were able to accurately recall. The second time, try to recall more memories than you did in the first; the third, more than the second, and so on until you can spend 30 minutes or more accurately remembering. Perform the exercise as often as possible. Once or twice a week for a wikibooke of months will reap huge rewards.
Choose your reference As mentioned previously, the reference is the keyword that you will carry with you into the dream. You will use it as the starting point for the exercise. Think about your reference point and let your mind randomly respond to it by letting visual memories form as you lie in bed. In this case try to think visually rather than in words.
Thinking in words can significantly prolong the time you lie awake at night. Verbally recall the memories but allow your visual memory to function as well. Become a great story teller. Use lots of adjectives and try to include your sense of humor. If there are dream characters around, talk to them and tell them your memories.
Try to visually remember the details of the memory as you tell the story If you can visually remember while also verbally remembering, the dream will transform into a reenactment of the memory.

Keep moving Standing still and trying to recall your memories will most likely bring an abrupt end to your lucid dream at least in the beginning. You tend klartrwum lose your connection to the actual dream elements. One way to avoid this is to keep moving.
If your tactile sensations keep functioning, the dream will continue. Walk, run, jump, spin, or whatever you like, wikibools keep on moving. Try to keep your motions active instead of passive. A passive motion is one in which your entire body moves as a single unit instead of having the individual parts move independently. For example, floating wikinooks in the air with your arms and legs remaining more or less motionless is one type of passive motion.
Actively move through the dreamscape as you recall your memories and your dream will continue. Describing a familiar Place In preparation of a lucid dream, pick out a place that you know well and set your intention to remember as many details about the place as possible while within the dream.
As you transition into the dream, visualize the location you have chosen. Begin to tell yourself everything you remember about the spot. Try to go beyond the obvious factual type of information size, color, etc and get into a much more personal and detailed account. Remind yourself of what you like about this place, why it is special to you, how the place has made an impact on your life.
If you are a visual thinker, the mere memory of the location will bring it into the dream in which case you can walk around and study it as you reminisce. It is important to tell yourself the memories however, so keep talking as you walk. Pick a location that has enough detail that you will be able to spend a good bit time remembering it. The place where you live is an obvious starting point.
Go room by room and describe what you remember. Notice how the dream transforms as you actively bring your memories in. Describe what you did that day. Short term, day to day memories are more difficult to remember from within a lucid dream than any other type of memory.
It may take you a few attempts before you start to make progress with this particular exercise. As you prepare for your lucid dream, set your intention to remember as many details about your day as you can. Pick one specific activity as your point of reference and klzrtraum it as you transition into the dream. This reference point should be something that happened early on in the day.
For example your reference point might klsrtraum taking a shower, driving to work, or getting the kids on the bus in the morning, etc. Once in the dream use the reference point as the starting point for your account.
Go through the day step by step and describe what you remember. Go beyond the matter of fact type of account got up, drove to work, ate lunch, drove home, etc and get into the details. Try to tap into your visual memory if you can and watch what happens to the dream.
This exercise is not easy. If you can succeed with this exercise however, the payoff is big. Describe a familiar person.
